Digital and service-based orders

For digital or service-based purchases, delivery may consist of account access, digital files, configuration, implementation, consultation or other agreed service output. The expected scope and delivery schedule will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Physical products

If a transaction involves physical products, the applicable shipping method, destination coverage, estimated delivery schedule and any shipping charges will be disclosed as part of that order.

Delays
